Wash Ops turns authorized CryptoPay transaction data into useful operating dashboards for single-site and multi-site car wash operators.
What you’ll need
- An active CryptoPay account you are authorized to access.
- A Windows PC with a reliable internet connection for the Wash Ops connector.
- Clear site and device names in CryptoPay for the best equipment classification.
- Time for the first import—a large history may take 6–12 hours.
Important Version 1 boundaries
- CryptoPay card data only; cash, free services, and other payment platforms are not included.
- Reporting and alerts only; Wash Ops does not control equipment, process payments, or replace accounting records.
- The online dashboard is aggregate. CryptoPay credentials, browser sessions, and detailed source data stay on your Windows PC.
- Available history and reporting freshness depend on CryptoPay, the connector computer, and internet availability.
Separate from the course.Wash Ops has its own account and subscription. Course access is not required and does not include Wash Ops.
