These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Buy The Car Wash (the “Site”) and its courses, memberships, community boards, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Buy The Car Wash provides educational content and community about acquiring and operating self-serve and in-bay automatic car washes. It is information and coaching only. Nothing on the Site or in the Services is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing is a guarantee of any result. Buying and operating a business carries real risk, including the loss of your capital. You are responsible for your own decisions and should retain your own attorney, CPA, lender, and other qualified professionals.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual — sharing login credentials or course access is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund. You must be at least 18 years old.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Community memberships are billed automatically month to month and continue until cancelled; you can update your card or cancel anytime from Stripe's billing portal, linked on your membership page. One-time purchases (including Full Course and Founding Cohort) grant the access described at the point of sale. Prices and offers may change, but changes do not affect a purchase you have already made.
All purchases are final and refunds are not provided, except where required by law. Community memberships are month to month; if you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current paid billing cycle and future billing stops.
The Acquisition Partner tier is a personal, hands-on engagement whose exact scope, fees, and success fee are governed by a separate written retainer that you sign before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that signed retainer, the signed retainer controls for that engagement.
All course materials, videos, templates, and written content are owned by Buy The Car Wash and licensed to you for your own individual use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share the materials, and you may not scrape, crawl, or attempt to circumvent access controls or the paywall. Community posts you submit remain yours, but you grant us a license to display and moderate them within the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buy The Car Wash and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business, investment, or financial outcome arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
