Wash Ops

Terms of Service & Privacy Notice

Launch version · August 13, 2026

Service

Wash Ops provides operational reporting based on data available through a customer-authorized CryptoPay browser session. Data availability, accuracy, and import duration depend on CryptoPay and the customer’s equipment configuration. Wash Ops is not a payment processor and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Billing

The launch price is $50 per month for the first active site and $25 per month for each additional active site. Sites removed from a subscription stop contributing new data and stop appearing in active dashboard totals after the applicable billing change takes effect.

Customer responsibilities

The owner must have authority to access each connected CryptoPay account, keep the connector computer secure and powered on, and use accurate site, equipment, pricing, acquisition-date, and time-zone settings. Initial historical imports can take substantial time.

Privacy and research

CryptoPay credentials, browser cookies, customer names, full card numbers, employee names, notes, and hardware identifiers must remain on the connector computer and are not part of the Wash Ops cloud dataset. De-identified aggregate market-research participation is enabled at initial signup. The Owner may disable participation from the dashboard. Wash Ops may access tenant data for support, security, reconciliation, and service operations, subject to these privacy restrictions.

Availability and risk

Dashboard alerts are informational and are not proof that equipment is functioning, offline, or being misused. Customers remain responsible for inspecting equipment, accounting records, taxes, employees, and business decisions. The service is provided as available, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Accounts

Each Owner and Viewer must use a unique email address. Owners control Viewer access and may transfer ownership through supported account controls. A new CryptoPay ownership account is treated as a new Wash Ops signup unless an authorized recovery or migration process applies.

Data retention and recovery

Operational cloud data is retained according to the active service policy, currently 90 days unless otherwise stated. Local recovery files and weekly backups remain the customer’s responsibility. Cancellation or deactivation may limit future collection and access.

Changes

These launch terms may be updated before general availability. Material changes will be presented for acceptance. This draft should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public sales begin.
